If you have struggled with losing weight, maybe you just need some help and support. We provide gentle, understanding, coaching and strong support for you.

At Positive Outcome Coaching, our philosophy for weight loss is: "Let's do what works!" 

What works for one person won't necessarily work for another.  That's why a diet might work for one person, but won't work for someone else.

We will tailor our coaching program to meet your personal needs so that you can lose weight the way you want to. The way you need to.

  • If you have a diet that has worked for you in the past, but now you struggle to stay on it, we can help you stay on it.
  • If you need an exercise program, we can help you define it and stick to it.
  • If you need new eating strategies, like stopping when you are full, we can help you to "install" them.
  • If you eat for emotional reasons, we can help you to eat only when you are truly hungry.
  • If you aren't sure what you need to do to lose weight, we can help you find a strategy that will work.
